Starting in December 2007, Emerging Pictures, in an exclusive collaboration with RAI Trade, will bring the operas recorded live in HDTV format from La Scala and two other prestigious Italian opera houses to digital cinemas across the United States.

The opera schedule for Theatre N at Nemours is listed below. All films are subject to change. Running times are approximate, since these will be recorded live, and have not taken place yet.

There will be 2 showtimes each day- a matinee at 1 PM and an evening show at 6:30 PM. Every show will have a brief intermission- Tristan und Isolde will have 2 intermissions.

Ticket prices are $18 general admission & $16 for seniors & students.

Leland Kimball, Artistic Director of OperaDelaware, will give a forward before each opera in the La Scala series.

February 12: La Traviata /Verdi, 131 mins.

March 18: Maria Stuarda/ Donizetti, 138-153 min

April 8: La Forza del Destino /Verdi, 160 mins.

May 13: Il Trittico /Puccini, 161-188 mins.

June 10: La Rondine /Puccino, 107 mins.
