Background:
The Nemours Building was built in 1935 as a 14-floor office complex for the DuPont Company.
DuPont sold the building to the Buccini/Pollin Group (BPGroup) in 1998.
Along with Theatre N, the Nemours Building also houses the residences at city center, which features 85 upscale, fully furnished apartments, conference and meeting facilities, a fitness area, and an entertainment room.
